The TV didn't work as well so we didn't use it at all. However, when we cooked breakfast, despite using pam to cook with, the food stuck to the cooking pan as the teflon has worn out, so just be aware.
The kitchenette is stocked with all plates, utensils, cooking pans, dish soap, etc. They do have a ceiling fan in the front room and a plug in fan for the bedroom which we used the whole time we were there as the room got very hot and stuffy. We had a 1 bedroom king room which was comfortable and clean but very outdated. The location of this property is close to gas stations, bank, Walmart, and lots of restaurants. We felt safe and loved how quite and peaceful the area is. They even have bbq grills for use right outside. The parking lots has lots of beautiful trees everywhere and very clean, with chairs and a small table to use outside everyone's door. Note: there is no cleaning service available so it up to you to take out the trash and clean up after yourself before checking out - this was not a problem for us.
